" European Union:

Flat rate 6.99 EUR. Returns from EU countries are at the customer's expense. Please note the postage costs.

" Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland, I recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. It is best to register for this before you register with MeinEinkauf.ch.

» Worldwide:

Our shipping times may vary. After receiving your order, we need about 1-3 days for your order to be processed in our logistics center. Once your package is ready for shipping and you receive your shipping confirmation by email, you can expect the following delivery times:

* NOTES ON DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times stated in the product details are always within Germany. If you have chosen "prepayment" as your payment method, the delivery time begins at the time of receipt of payment.

Note for returns:
If your return falls below the free shipping limit, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the shipping costs.
These will then be deducted from the order value of the return when the refund is made.
